Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to close your LivOn account, here's how.

If you still have the LivOn app:

Go to Settings > Delete Account, and follow the steps to confirm. Your request will be actioned straight away.

If you no longer have the app:

You can still request deletion by emailing us at support@livon.ai from the email address linked to your account. Just let us know you'd like your account deleted, and our team will take it from there.

Once we receive your request, we'll permanently delete your account and the personal information associated with it. This usually takes place within a few business days.
